Custom Watermark

True watermarks are produced while the paper is being made and is still wet. An image is pressed into the newly formed mat of paper fiber by a metal roller. Watermark detail and visibility is made possible by the varying density of fibers in the sheet which creates differences in the opacity of the paper. This is a lengthy and expensive process that makes a custom watermark unattainable to most.

Our Custom Watermark picks up where traditional mill marks leave off. We use a patented chemical process to introduce the image into the sheet after the paper is manufactured. Our Custom Watermark is virtually indistinguishable from a mill mark and, instead of the months needed to make a mill mark our process delivers a finished product in less than two weeks on a minimum order quantity of just 250 sheets.
